Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, Sarah Labelle Aesthetics require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests; failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of $25 charged to the card on file. For "no-show" appointments where no notice is provided, the client will be responsible for $50 charged to the card on file. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation to avoid delaying subsequent treatments.
